[Calypso] Calypso + KAddressBook: add contact works, but not displayed

Hi Jelmer,

Would you please describe how you set up Icedove to work with calypso?

So far I've had no luck getting Icedove (Thunderbird) to work with
Calypso.  I have installed the SOGo connector, and have added a remote
addressbook with url "http://localhost:5233", but this does not appear
to work.  I see no evidence of contact in my terminal running "python
calypso.ph --debug", and I do not see where to insert my username/password.
