[Calypso] Calypso + KAddressBook: add contact works, but not displayed

Thank you Jelmer for the prompt response confirming some other
GNU/Linux carddav solutions work.

My preference is to get kaddressbook working if possible.

Does anyone else have kaddressbook working with calypso?
