  Add 'build-snek' script

This script can be run in my local environment to build enough for a
snek release.

  macosx: Add changes needed to build on mac os x

Mac OS X doesn't have strfromf.
Clang identifies as 'clang' instead of 'llvm'.
Need __attribute__((fallthrough)) for case now.
Propagate build failures from build-mac script.
