[Snek] Version 1.1

I've just tagged snek version 1.1. Changes from 1.0:

 * SnekBoard port
 * string * number works as documented now
 * assert statement added (thanks to Paulo Henrique Silva)
 * Positional parameters work more like python now
 * Add 'None' built-in constant
