[Snek] Snek version 0.98 released

With the addition of the ATmega32u4 support and a few tweaks to snekde,
snek is nearly ready for its first major release. Version 0.98
is intended to be the same as 1.0, but it could use some more testing
and review before the final release.

Major changes in 0.98:

 * Arduino Mega support
 * Circuit Playground Express support
 * NeoPixel driver
 * ItsyBitsy support
 * Separate Feather M0 Express firmware
 * File dialog for snekde load/save
