[Snek] Version 0.9 released

I've tagged snek version 0.9 in the git repository. This version
includes an Atmel SAMD21 port for the Adafruit Metro M0 Express and
Feather M0 boards. Ports to other SAMD21 boards should be simple. This
port uses on-chip flash storage for source code, so even boards without
off-chip flash parts should work great. With this processor, Snek has
plenty of room -- snek fits in less than 43kB of the available 256kB of
flash, and the 32kB of RAM leaves lots of space for a 16kB heap.
