[Snek] Snek version 0.96

I released 0.96 last night; getting really close to 1.0. New stuff in
0.96:

 * Mac OS X installer includes Mac OS X snek binary now
 * Major doc update; the tutorial is in much better shape

Feature complete on all platforms; just want to do a bit more testing
before I claim it's 1.0.
