[Rockets] OROC 13 Nov Wilsonville model launch report

The launch was a bit soggy, but thanks to Tim Ryerse, we all stay
relatively dry underneath the easy-up. The wind was still, and was not
quite misty (I think it was Stefan Jones that described it as a lazy
fog), that eventually turned into some drizzle, and then stopped. The
visibility seemed only about 400 or 500 feet. The first flight of the
day was Stefan Jones's ???dual??? at about 12:15.

We had xx participants, xx launches, a pair of distant onlookers for the
whole event, and a pair of more curious onlookers that joined us later
on, one hesitant saucer (launched by John Lygdnal), and one rocket that
got stuck in a tree (and provided a good deal of amusement-park-style
entertainment with all takers trying to knock it out of the tree with a
water bottle trailing a rope). At one point we had 4 children present
at the same time: 2 girls and 2 boys.

Here are the usual launch statistics:

   Launches: 23
Successful flights: 22 (1 unsuccessful landing)
   Flyers: 8
   Rockets: 16
   Most Flights: 7 John Lyngdal
   Biggest Motor: E15 Tim Ryerse
