[Rockets] PSAS in-flight video from OROC Summer Skies

The Portland State Aerospace Society had an on-board video camera for
their launch on Sunday. Of particular interest are the canard fins which
are designed to control the roll of the airframe.

Nice boost on an Aerotech N2000 motor to 4794m with a max speed of
375m/s. The rocket landed about 2km from the rail.
