[Rockets] AD: TeleMetrum rocket avionics now available for sale

Bdale Garbee and I have been colluding for the last year and a bit to
build some new rocket avionics. In response to the interest expressed by
others, we've decided to make enough to sell. Here are the details:

TeleMetrum v1.0 flight computer:

 * Dual-deploy (two independent events)
 * Barometer: up to 45k' MSL
 * Accelerometer: +/- 50g (can be replaced with +/-100g or +/-200g part)
 * Integrated GPS receiver and antenna
 * Telemetry link/beacon: 10mW on the 70cm ham band
 * Data logging: 1MB flash
 * USB
 * Fits in 29mm coupler

You'll need a laptop or other computer to connect to TeleDongle for a
ground station. Currently this supports Linux but Windows and Mac OS X
support are being added soon.

System capabilities:

 * Locate rocket on the ground via GPS or radio direction finding
 * Log altitude, acceleration and GPS position to flash memory

The hardware is licensed under the TAPR Open Hardware License giving you
complete design documents including schematics, circuit board layouts
and parts lists. The firmware and software is licensed under the GNU
