[Rockets] Wilsonville Memorial Park lauch, 14 Feb 2009 12:00-15:00

I've just spoken to Peggy Watters at the Wilsonville parks department,
and sent in an application to rent the ball field for yet another
afternoon of model rocket launching.

Same deal as before; we'll start setting up launch equipment around
11:00 and open the range from 12:00 until 15:00. NAR model rocket launch
rules apply, and we'll try to keep launches under the clouds or 1000',
whichever is lower.

Btw, you may notice a pattern emerging here, I'm trying to settle on the
second Saturday of the month for lauches. Once Robert has managed to
wade through the Forest Grove city politics and we start holding
launches there, I'm hoping to make Wilsonville a regular
every-other-month event, alternating with launches in Forest Grove.
