[Nickle] Nickle 2.86

This release has just a couple of changes:

 1) Improving accuracy of exp() with small values. Small values were
    getting truncated to zero.

 2) Stop relying on C's 'common' data allocation mechanism. There were a
    couple of variables defined in two .c files which needed to be
    marked 'extern' in one. This fixes compiling nickle with GCC version
    10.

Packages have already been uploaded to debian; source tarballs and other
artifacts can be found in the release directory:
