[Nickle] Nickle Bugs

I've discovered two instances in which nickle segfaults:

The first is the simple case:

int[-1] lst = {1, 2, 3}

The second is in the attached grammar.5c -- which is the testing code
for Mint.

The following commands can be used to reproduce the bug:

autoimport Grammar
canonical_collection(test)
