[Islandwools] Spring = Sweater Weather!

One thing I love about living here is that it’s nearly always sweater weather.  Even on a warm summer day, when the sun goes down, a chill comes to the air and out come the sweaters!  I recently knit Dog Star <https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/dog-star>  by TinCanKnits.  This pattern is a classic yoke sweater, knit from the bottom up.  The genius is that it has sizes all the way from newborn to 4XL Adult.  I knit this one with my Whimsical Colors Merino Bliss DK <https://www.islandwools.com/products/merino-bliss-dk?variant=18304305029>   I knit a size 12 months using Silver Fox (grey) for the main color. I then grabbed a Merino Bliss DK  XS gradient kit <https://www.islandwools.com/products/whimsical-colors-merino-bliss-dk-gradients?variant=3358071429> in Surf’s Up and used 4 of the 5 shades in the yoke.  I have quite a bit of yarn left over, plenty to make a hat using my 5 Color Hat pattern.
