[Fontconfig] Is it possible to build fontconfig in Visual C++ on Microsoft windows.

Hi,
    I am trying to build openVrml on Windows and it depends on =
fontconfig.  I downloaded the src package from =
http://nexp.cs.pdx.edu/fontconfig/, but have not been able to =
successfully build on windows.  It this possible?  If so, do you have =
any advice.  Thanks for your help.
