[Fontconfig] Preliminary packages for Xft, Xrender and Render

I've stuck packages for people not using current XFree86 CVS versions of 
Xft and the Xrender libraries at http://fontconfig.org/release

You'll need:

	render-0.8.tar.gz		Render extension headers and docs
	xrender-0.8.tar.gz		Xrender library
	xft-2.1.1.tar.gz		Xft library

Those should suffice for building on any X bits.  Bugs with these 
libraries may be logged in the fontconfig.org bugzilla database.
