[Fontconfig] Problems with configuring fontconfig

 The extreme long time I reported before was due to
 Type1 directories. I got it right now:

fc-cache -v -f   /usr/share/fonts/
fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts/": caching, 0 fonts, 5 dirs
fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts//default": caching, 0 fonts, 2 dirs
fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts//default/Type1": caching, 35 fonts, 0 dirs
fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts//default/ghostscript": Segmentation fault

 Despite the segfault in ghostscript, I got things up & running.
