[Calypso] current patch queue

hello calypso developers,

i've updated my patch queue on [1].

apart from the principal and cors patches mentioned earlier, it more
cors headers are suggested, and .well-known/{cal,card}dav is implemented
(pretty straight forward once resource objects may respond to GET/HEAD
themselves); the latter is required for DAVDroid around 0.6.2.

please consider merging my changes, or let me know if there are any
changes you'd want me to make.
