[Calypso] Version 1.3 released

I had a few bugs in 1.2 and I figured I'd just pack them up and release
again.

	* Fix -import exit value
	* Fix version number reported by serve
	* Rename '.egg' file calypso.egg

http://keithp.com/calypso has a pointer to a tar ball.
