[Calypso] calypso with davdroid: in the direction of principals

hello calypso developers,

my last patch for making calypso work with davdroid didn't make
addresses work.

the attached patch implements the address-data report field, which is
required by davdroid; the analogous field for calendars was already
implemented.

as opposed to the previous patch, this patch is slim, fine, and should
be ready for immediate inclusion in calypso.
