[Snek] Version 1.9

Version 1.9 mostly catches up with a few tool changes, including
asciidoctor-pdf and picolibc. I'd also like to let people know that the
mu editor now has built-in support for snek, so you can now download
bits from them and use it with your favorite snek devices. Justin Miller
and Mikael Bonnier also found a couple of bugs which have been fixed.

 * Fixed a couple of `input` bugs compared with Python—input
   returned None instead of the empty string when nothing was
   typed before the return and input printed an arbitrary list of
   parameters rather than just the first one. Thanks to Justin Miller
   and Mikael Bonnier for reporting these issues.

 * Store the most recently printed repl value in `_`. Thanks to Justin
   Miller for this suggestion.

 * For the Windows native port, add the input module and increase the
   heap size to 256kB.
