Julie knit up this shawl using 7 colors of Whimsical Colors Merino Bliss DK. The pattern calls for 8 colors, but really, this shawl, at 2 1/2 feet by 7 feet is plenty large with just 7!</font><div class=""><font size="4" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font size="4" class="">As you need just 50g of each color, the starting point for this shawl was one of our large gradient kits. These kits have five 50g skeins. In this case, Julie used a Fall Colors kit plus Griffin Bay and French Vanilla. There are gradient kits in other colors as well, but we have made up a special kit that includes the 5 Fall colors plus Griffin Bay and French Vanilla (all skeins are 50g). The price of this kit is $88, however, it’s on sale for 10% off until Labor Day (September 7th) at 5pm (Pacific Time).
